Casting & manufacturing services

Three casting processes plus finishing, tooling and assembly — one integrated supplier.

High-Pressure Die Casting
01

High-Pressure Die Casting

High-pressure die casting (HPDC) forces molten aluminium into a hardened steel die at high velocity and pressure, producing thin-walled parts with excellent surface finish and tight dimensional tolerances. Our fleet of 8 machines spans 250 tf to 630 tf clamping force — including two fully automated 400 tf casting cells commissioned in 2023 — ideal for parts from 0.010 kg up to 4.2 kg. Typical applications: electrotechnical housings, thermal-installation components, appliance parts and automotive hardware.

Gravity / Permanent-Mold Casting
02

Gravity / Permanent-Mold Casting

Gravity casting pours molten aluminium into a reusable steel mold under gravity, producing denser microstructures and better mechanical properties than HPDC. It is ideal for structural parts, heavy-section components and medium volumes where the tooling investment of HPDC is not justified.

Sand Casting
03

Sand Casting

Sand casting uses a single-use sand mold formed around a wooden or metal pattern. It is the most flexible process for prototypes, complex geometries and low volumes — with no hard-tooling cost and short lead times.

CNC Machining & Finishing
04

CNC Machining & Finishing

We deliver castings machined and finished to drawing — CNC milling and turning, deburring, shot blasting (sablare), impregnation for pressure-tight housings, and coordinated surface treatments (painting, powder coating, anodising, plating) through qualified partners.

Tooling & Die Design
05

Tooling & Die Design

Our tool shop designs and builds the dies for HPDC and gravity casting, and the patterns for sand casting. We handle the full lifecycle: DFM feasibility, gating and cooling design, manufacture, try-out sampling, and ongoing maintenance and refurbishment.

Plastic Packaging (Secondary Line)
06

Plastic Packaging (Secondary Line)

Alongside our core foundry business, we operate a small injection-molding line producing plastic packaging for regional food and industrial customers.
